"We had a pleasant and relaxed dining experience overall. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was quiet when we dined on a Sunday night. The kale salad and meatloaf were both delicious. However, the meatloaf, sauces, herbed butter, and dressings were quite salty, which may be more noticeable to those watching their sodium intake."

"Most often, I am a sponsor of the activities of my local schools (3rd Friday per month). Wendy's, however, is a long time favorite of me. Everything is in line with my star rating (as above), except that the self-service beverage machines are a terrible interface (I expect that the reason is indefinite due to the user height). I used the In-Lobby kiosks in the past without any difficulty."

"Just waited in the drive thru for 15 mins to even order then when I got to the window to pick up my order they had forgotten two items. So, I got back into the drive through line but it was 8 cars deep and would have taken 30 mins to go through the drive thru for a SECOND time simply to get what I order the first time. So I decided to go inside. I stood at the counter for a few minutes until I over heard some rude employee tell her coworker that they needed to “direct me to the drive thru because they didn’t have the staff to help anyone inside” I interrupted their side conversation ABOUT ME to explain that I already had been through the drive thru and they forgot some items. Mind you they hadn’t even greeted me they just saw me and tried to get me to leave and WASTE more of my time going through the drive thru. They finally sent someone to the counter and when that employee walked away to get my missing items he said to his coworkers “I hate people like that” like excuse me for wanting the items I paid for and not wanting to wait another 30 mins to get it! They were so rude and unprofessional. Maybe if they made the orders correct the first time they wouldn’t always be so backed up."
