"Went to Kobe last night after hearing about this new hibachi place. We were first greeted by one of the most friendly owners I've ever met. The decor and lighting in this restaurant is awesome, the detail they put in is top notch. Also, the place is huge. We sat at the bar which was also really nice looking as well. The bartender Brooke was very friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations on what to get. We ordered the pan fried pork gyoza to start, which was light and flavorful. I also learned that they make everything fresh in house which is awesome. We then ordered hibachi which was awesome, the seasonings and the sauce were very good. This restaurant is amazing. The service is fantastic, the food is incredible, and they even have 18 different Hibachi stations. The ambiance created by the lighting is also great. I highly recommend this place for you and your family.

I had a wonderful experience at Kobe Asian Bistro. The food was outstanding and incredibly fresh. This is now my favorite spot for satisfying my sushi cravings. In comparison, Sakura is overrated and doesn't compare in taste. If you want a place where you won't be disappointed, Kobe Asian Bistro is the place to go. I highly recommend trying it out and treating your taste buds to something delicious.

My family had a wonderful dining experience at Kobe Asian Bistro. We started with two appetizers - the avocado bomb with crab and a unique tuna pizza on a scallion pancake base. Both were delicious, but the pizza disappeared quickly. The owner recommended the red snapper, which was flavorful with just the right amount of spice. We also tried sushi rolls, with the king crab roll being a favorite. It was satisfying without being too heavy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning soon.
