"Have patronized this restaurant a few times over the years when on vacation and our return travel brings us through Springfield. We were greated immediately upon entering and seated. The waitress took the drink order and allowed us time to look over the menu. We ordered, received our appetizer which was good. Then our food arrived. Mine was delicious. My wife's, not so much. But, manager comped the meal.Bottom line, great service, a glitch in otherwise good food (it happens). Would go back."

The lasagne was good really good. The cheese cake was not so good dry and small. Recommend staying away from the cheesecake.
Homeless
Pizzas were the best Creole Steak Crimini Mushroom. The owners chose to close for various reasons. As of October, 2022, Lake Pointe Grill is no more. We'll miss you!
