Little Caesars Pizza

I placed an order at this restaurant and was informed that there would be a slight delay due to being busy. I patiently waited and received my order shortly after, along with an apology from the manager. He was incredibly kind and apologized for the wait, even giving me a free order of wings as a gesture of goodwill. I was impressed by the level of customer service provided, as my local Little Caesars would not have gone to such lengths. Thank you for the excellent service and for being considerate of my time.

I had only one command from there and was told that it would wait a little because I was busy. I said no worries and waited well I received my order not really long after and an apologies suspected by me manager. he was so nice and apologise for waiting and even threw in a free order of the wings! I was so surprised that I was not out of this opposite and my little caesars in my city would not have even apologized if the waiting period had exceeded the original time. so thank you for the work on my order and the free wings and for that be so thoughtful at my time. very good customer service!

Update 11/1/2021 Pizza was hot fresh after just 10 minutes waiting from walk to not bad time! not shy of toppings for me big ingredients. 1 employee there big fuzzy guy doesn't smile BUT I won't complain, he was prompt, active work and cleaning and made our pizza perfect and wasn't rude after I got order and asked for crazy crust butter and parm on crust $1 more, but no big thing I got him 5 out of 5 for service. From what I could see VERY VERY CLEAN Store 1000% Reliable ! 100% Would recommend this particular location. Thanks for the great experience. P.
