"I been coming here since they open and never had any bad experiences till today… I called to places an order . The phone rang and rang finally after trying numerous times a lady answered and she had me in hold for over 12 minutes, I made it to PRIMOS from UTMB and still on hold am thinking there super busy and I get there and not one vehicle in the parking lot and I go inside and the lady in seating down and on her phone chitchatting instead of taking the order and I told her . I been in hold for over 12min and your just here laughing on phone. She said that she was busy and had forgotten about phone call like are you serious.
