We are never disappointed with the steaks. The 'only ' exception was the asparagus, which was a bit fibrous. We would have been happy with the tips, which eliminates much of the fibrous lower stalk, but I understand customers tend to want the full stalk. On the positive side, the halibut was thick and perfectly seared. Some of the best halibut we 've ever had, as it can be difficult to cook such a delicate fish.
