"My partner and I had waited to visit this place for a while and were able to do this on our last trip to Marco Island (and by booking 3 weeks before the time! Was it worth waiting? I think the food was pretty good. We both started with salads and an octopus appetizer. Not much to say about the salad (I mean, it's a salad right?, but the octopus was just prepared and let the delicious taste shine through. Next, my partner had the almond flounder and I had the local lobster. My partner likes to prepare his dishes more easily so that he does not confuse his fish with almonds. Definitely the best meal we had on the island during our annual stay in Marco. Fin Bistro does not try to be pretentious, you get a high end experience in a more casual environment. Your dishes are simple. They left fresh ingredients to talk and not all over season.

Stop for a drink and appetizer our first night in Marco, ended with the exchange of swordfish and it was amazing! Came back to dinner next night and had the swordfish and Snapper, both absolutely amazing. Service was exceptional. We sat both nights in the bar area. Will definitely return!

Best meal in Marco Island. The food was delicious, the staff was great. We sat at the bar and had a great time talking to both bartenders. They were extremely knowledgeable about the menu options, flavors, etc. Each dish was full of taste and a beautiful portion. You pay attention to the details. Very recommended!!
