"Went to get breakfast at drive thru. Total showed and female said $4.94. Got to window submitted $10 bill as payment and she said my change was $4.84. I told her that was incorrect and it should be $5.06. She told me the $4.94 was before tax and I told her tax was shown on screen and included in the $4.94. Then she told me the price has went up after I left speaker and got to window! I heard someone in the back telling her the line was backing up and that I needed to move on. I continued to dispute and she refused to call the manager, did not give me a receipt, closed the window and walked off! Her rudeness and attitude were completely unprofessional!
