"I’ve been dining at Oakwood Smokehouse for a number of years and this was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. Got the special of the day, a full rack of baby backs with two sides. Usually their ribs are fall off the bone tender and delicious. When I had so much trouble separating the ribs I realized whoever cooked these had left the silver skin on the back of the meat. This made it very difficult to eat and didn’t allow the seasoning to soak in, which made the ribs pretty tasteless. Okay, the ribs were a washout, onto the sides. What a great experience. Server super friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic and was brought out really quickly. Highly recommend.
