"Came here the other day on a whim since I was looking for new places to eat. The atmosphere is pretty cool and the place is well maintained inside. Had the rocky mountains oysters which I have never tried before and they were really good. They were served with a cocktail sauce which paired very well with the oysters . For the main course had the black and bleu burger and it was very good. Not greasy and a good size as I did not leave hungry. I would surely visit tallboys again in the future."

"Shorty’s place is the definition of country diner/kitchen! You walk in and feel like your at memaws house which automatically made me feel good. The witness was always taking care of us and asking if we needed anything. The fried okra was fabulous and very more delicious if you deep it in their home ranch. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger and chicken fried steak both deserve a chefs kiss! Would highly recommend ordering!! Lastly the fried Oreos, HEAVENLY!! If you haven’t stopped at Shorty’s you are definitely missing out."
