I usually love your Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken made with Romain lettuce and a little red cabbage I do not like this type of lettuce I call it weeds. . It was also limp. I tossed it out and used my own romaine lettuce

The decline in quality at this restaurant is very noticeable. There was a time when Panera's competitive advantage was fresh, tasty, healthy food at a reasonable price. While the portions have always been small, the food used to be consistently good. However, our recent meal showed a significant departure from their previous standards. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was of lower quality than what you would expect from a fast-food restaurant like McDonald's. It was rubbery, as if it had been boiled, and the bun tasted like something you would find at KFC.
