While the portions have always been small, the food used to be consistently good. However, our recent meal showed a significant departure from their previous standards. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was of lower quality than what you would expect from a fast-food restaurant like McDonald's. It was rubbery, as if it had been boiled, and the bun tasted like something you would find at KFC.
