Lots of drink options, great cocktails and food. nice location in downtown with very friendly staff. They have HAPPY HOURS 4pm to 6pm

Frankly, we were disappointed with our experience at Pyramid Restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel. The waiter seemed to be new and inexperienced. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get served then he messed up my wife’s order (brought her oatmeal when she had ordered omelette). My Eggs Benedict with Texas crawfish were way overcooked! The crawfish were ok. The mimosa bar was good. The price were not outrages, but the brunch choices were somewhat limited and the poor service botched order lowered the value significantly. Maybe their lunch or dinner services are better, but the Easter Brunch left a lot to de desired. One positive was the piano player!
