"As a former employee.... left to go to school. I was shocked and horrified at the treatment of live creatures. There is a way to prepare lobster humanly. What I saw was out of a horror show. For example my first day I heard a cook yelling Come here you ****! I 'm going to gut you. As he slaughtered the poor creature to death. They also put live lobsters in the oven, Not in boiling water, quick and painless, but in an oven. There is a nerve located on the back of their necks, if it 's cut, they feel no pain. The atmosphere is okay. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are always good. The Lobster Bisque is not good. The Ultimate Feast meals are good, but not worth $30+ dollars each. I always leave Red Lobster kind of disappointed.

We went here right after restaurants started opening back up from COVID. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but their routine was flawless. It was like they had been operating this way for years. And the food was good, as always :

Red Lobster has promotions frequently so I'm never bored with the menu. If I do want to order a meal I've tried before, I'm never disappointed. The prices are very reasonable and consistent considering all Red Lobster locations. Most importantly, I'm always pleased with the service! It's so difficult to find decent seafood in the Ohio Valley but even more difficult to find a restaurant with good service so I'm thankful for this place.
