"The food is nice, it is a shame that the service is very slow. It was a hot day so that we die for a cold drink that took a long time to come, we drank very fast, waitress took the empty bottles, but did not offer us another and quickly leave. It was hard to catch any attention, maybe because it was lunch service, maybe more staff needed. Food took an extremely long time to turn. When it finally did, we really enjoyed the steak with chips, fish pasta, fish and salad, all very delicious. We needed ketchup for the chips that get another lot of time. After meal the dishes where taken, desert or coffee not offered. So we thought, let's get the bill that took another life, even ask two different...

They were here for dinner. The selection is huge, the quality good, the staff very friendly. Overall certainly recommended.

A pub/restaurant with much atmosphere serving mostly Italianate food. This is an old building with an outside seating area in the summer. Very friendly welcome and smiling staff. Fine draught beer and delicious home-made minestrone soup served with garlic rye bread. Others were eating deliciously smelling pizze and substantial salads with big chicory leaves. A few viable options for vegetarians which is great. Took a wee while for the soup to arrive but what the hell. Local people eat and meet here so it's not touristy. Convenient for the city centre and about 8 mins to the Bahnhof. Clean toilets. Would like to visit again, the restaurant, not the toilets...

We popped in here during a visit to the Christmas market and were really surprised by the warm, friendly welcome we got. Our little boy hadn't enjoyed the food at the market so we stopped in to get him some lunch that he would enjoy (and a much needed beer for ourselves! The small bar we were in looked more like a jazz lounge than a traditional pub but this was perfect as it was nice and quiet and gave our little boy plenty of space to play in. They even managed to find a big box of toys for him to play with! The last thing you expect to find in a pub. The food was lovely: the boy had tortelloni, which he wolfed down. What i was allowed to taste of it was lovely. Good beer, good food, lovely...
