"Booked Saturday night for my husbands birthday. Was excited to see Chateau Briand on the menu. Called to find out about dress code and was asked about the special occasion. Assured that husband would be getting a dessert for his birthday. Arrived and it is very nice. However, Table was not fully set. There were only wine glasses on the person table. A couple of our guests were in the restroom but they knew to bring menus however only filled water glasses with room temperature water. We had a very nice dinner in the lounge area and celebrated our anniversary. Our server was a sweetheart and very energetic! We will definitely be back!

Open Table took my reservation and the restaurant was not even open!! They are not open on Sunday or Monday evenings! I showed the hotel manager the reservation and even made a new reservation on Open Table for Monday while I was talking to her showed her the reservation. We ended up eating in the hotel cafe which was only mediocre are we were looking forward to a great meal Shearn’s. What an incredible screw up a d disappointment. The hotel manager apologized paid for our entire meal wine we had in the hotel cafe. Shearn’s Open Table need to get on the same page!!!
