modern but sfeervol kader. trembling menu met aangepaste wijnen. perfecte vlotte bediening. fair subtiel en daraagd met specifieke smaken. all that is great is dessert what never really onze smaak. dit is natuurlijk een Eigen mening vermits wij wooon zijn aan zoete desserts en dit was totaal different. wij hebben dit eerlijk gemeld en we liked dit zelfs persoonlijk gaan report in de keuken aan de chef.De chef sprak zelfs nog wat nederlands vermits hij vroeger nog werkte in het destijds vermaarde scholteshof. een aanrader en bij een volgend bezoek aan wenen gaan we zeker terug.

it was the best degustationsmenu for us so far. the front way. a little in need of accusation but at first the (very good) service - the dishes are partly guided to the table in a runway manier, which sometimes seemed a little exaggerated. so it must be. oh yes - the lighting was a little too bright. but enough of the criticism.We had chosen the 9-speed menu - so without knowing what would be exactly served. that was not a mistake - perhaps with taking out the blue cheese that must be there in such menu sequences. also the weeping wee had been interesting and suitable - partly superb - we would have wished a little more of it in part.Of course much more is offered than only 9 courses, there...
