"It's an excellent fish fry experience. I would suggest getting your meal to go, and eating by the river or lake. Indoor accommodations are lacking. Staff has always been really nice, though. Food here is ALWAYS delicious! Would recommend over other local fish fry hot spots on price alone, with a comparable menu and quality. It's one of Oswego's best kept secrets."

That was great. This place should be packed. The fish was great. The fries were great. The cole slaw and tartar sauce were great. Good job.

As with most restaurants in the area, Skip’s Fish Fry was closed in the early afternoon (3:45PM on a Monday). Maybe this is as much a Google Map issue as any. But there was very small sign on the door (unreadable from the road, and all the lights were off.
