"So I took a risk and tried this Sonic yesterday. I should have listened to the warnings but I thought I could stop by quickly for a burrito and coffee before an event. Nope. I ordered at a parking spot, paid, and after ten minutes it finally said on the screen it was being brought out. It never came. So we buzzed them and asked. I went to Sonic on Colorado Drive in Fayetteville this morning and ordered a bacon croissant sandwich combo with tater tots and iced tea. When I got to work and opened the bag, I found a burrito instead of my order. I was unable to go back to get the correct order because I couldn't leave work. I was disappointed as I was the only car in the drive-thru at the time. I will be stopping by tonight after work to get a refund. I would have understood if they were busy, but that was not the case.
