"First seated in a downstairs dining room that had a large, noisy table, so we asked to be seated elsewhere and they found a slightly less noisy area, although it was above the bar, so not exactly quiet. The ahi appetizer was very tasty, but the ahi was not really “sushi grade”. Both entrees (Branzino and the truffled chicken) were quite tasty and well presented. Highlight of the meal was the butterscotch custard desert which had bits of pecans and chocolate covered pretzels inside and a nice layer of fresh whipped cream on top. Special! Service was attentive and friendly. Overall, quite enjoyable."

eating was excellent, but the portions were very small, especially when they pay $36. 00 for a bone and a tablespoon grotten. my man ordered the fischeintopf, who was the size of a tassensuppe, tasty, but not worth 36.00

wonderful historical place! happy hour aviation gin cocktails were exceptional. happy hour thunfisch crudo and crispy potato with lemon cream. branzino, cured red lenses and mushroom tagliatelle entrees were all great; the lenses were very special. we rarely order dessert, but here an exception. applefritter and butterscotch pot au crème are not to be missed. server connor has made a fantastic job that ordered four of us with numerous specials. many thanks for a really wonderful evening!
