"I arrived at the restaurant with my family at 7:50 PM, noting that their listed closing time was 9:00 PM. Despite there being only a few customers ahead of us, we waited in line for 10 minutes before being informed that they couldn't serve us because it was close to 8:00 PM and they would face repercussions for serving past that time. Considering we were already there and waiting, the service was disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment based on this experience."

Just recently they have cut way back on the proportions of meats and vegetables on their sandwiches. Will not be returning to this Subway.

They can't keep staff long enough to learn the proper way to make a sandwich and I don't like the scrapping of the bottom of items (guacamole, tomatoes etc)

I had a meatball marinara footlong on cheese bread with pepperjack cheese slices and parmesano. The sandwich was properly toasted. The service was timely and the people were polite. I ate between the lunch and dinner hours, so the place was empty.

"After 10 years of living in Round Valley, I can safely say this is the best burger place in all of Arizona. It's not even a contest. The food is on the level of a major resort, like Disneyland, the atmosphere really drives in that wild Western theme that surrounds this town, and the staff all know what they're doing and are extremely friendly. I haven't had one bad experience here in all the 10 years I've lived in the area... which isn't something I can say about every other restaurant in town. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody whose in the area and needs an awesome meal. I mainly have their burgers, but the rest of their menu lineup is fantastic as well. I'd give it higher than 5 stars, if I could. Parking: The restaurant is right next to a large Bashas, and even shares parking space, so finding parking shouldn't be a problem, even on it's busiest days. Kid-friendliness: The staff treat children with high amounts of respect and an excellent kid's menu selection is available, so families can enjoy an excellent dinner together with their young ones. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps and a stream of friendly people coming in and out of the place makes it accessible for the disabled."

"Most of the time I'm there for b'fast and get the Booga Red's special. Always the best. Last time it was the enchilada/tostada combo I split with my wife. We both enjoyed it very much. The salsa is excellent! Friendly place. Great service."

"The service at Phoenix of Albuquerque restaurant was terrible, and the waitress was rude. After making a mistake with our order, she slammed the drive-thru window, gave us our coffee without a lid, and spilled some on our car. She never came back to fix the mistake and only gave us a poorly made burger. The service was extremely rude and the staff should be fired or the place should be shut down. It was the worst service we have ever experienced. They even charged us twice and did not give us our full order. This place should be closed down if they want to be seen as a family-friendly restaurant like McDonald's."

"Waiter was nice, served a family that came after us first before we even got our drinks. But polite and kind. As for the food. Damn. The only thing southern about the southern chicken sandwich was that I was eating it in Arizona, just check the photos. Bland. No spice, no flavour, As for the steak, grease central, tough chew. Go to McDonald’s for a chicken burger. 4 percent fee to use credit here"
