"Went for lunch and ordered a club sandwich, which is stated as having ham, turkey and bacon. The sourdough was very burnt and hard and only had bacon. We asked the staff if they ran out of turkey and ham and said we only had bacon and they told us we were wrong and that was turkey and ham. Made me double check myself and take apart the sandwich and there was only cold bacon straight out of fridge. They would not fix sandwich and insisted that the meat was ham and turkey. Unless they have some weird combo meat it was definitely just a BLT, which isn't even on the menu as an option."

First Thing: the Name: this place is nowhere near the surf. It 's not even close. It 's not even in Old Town.I saw that NCJ gave them a Best Burger award. Why? In-N-Out makes a far superior burger and doesn 't charge you a premium fee for a mediocre product. Also, I have to question the many glowing reviews. Who is the owner paying for this propaganda?

This burger joint is one of the best in town. They make all of their stuff by hand and fresh. The burgers are good, but if you really want to try their zucchini sticks.. they cut right in front of you that right in front of you and cook it right there by far top five zucchini six out of her had, not to mention the service is amazing. Definitely recommend.

My boys and husband got 1/5 lb burgers and all loved them. A serving of fries goes a long way, but I saw curly fries go by with fry sauce and had regrets--they looked good. The gal working there was kind enough to get us some fry sauce. The walls are blue and decorated with surfboards and memorabilia from a baseball team the restaurant sponsors. Cute. I had the bbq rib sandwich and it was full of rib gristle and tough meat. Genuinely enjoyed the sauce and pickles the most on it.
