"They really make their customers feel like **** at this TCBY location. I went there after getting a coupon in my mailbox for a buy one get one free menu item that had the address of this location on it. I handed it to the cashier and ordered two kids cups. The cashier started YELLING and I mean YELLING so that the entire store full of customers could hear that cups and waffle cones are not menu items. THE COUPON HAD A PICTURE OF A WAFFLE CONE STANDING NEXT TO A CUP OF FROZEN YOGURT!!!! When I pointed this out to the cashier she started yelling YOU wanna call my manager??? This expierience was horrible! So I bought 2 regular cups of ice cream: $10!!! I could of a bought lunch with that money. So then I left and tasted the ice cream. First of all it tasted horrible!!! So, then I went back in and ask if I could have som soft serve instead. The cashier lady starred at me thinking I was returning a car. She got my soft serve speechless then I walked back to my car and drove away. That was my TCBY trip. NEVER GO!!! :

"The food was okay but at this price point it the overall dining experience was disappointing. The ceaser salad was a plate of chopped romaine with Parmigiano cheese which they served to us without dressing. The waitress offered to remake it or bring us dressing. I would have expected the kitchen to correct it.Then we were served our steaks. My husband was served filet when he ordered Ribeye. Our options then were to wait 20 minutes for his steak. So he ate the filet disappointly because its not what he ordered and so we could eat our meal together. The food presentation was average at best. You would expect more at that price point than a piece of meat and two boiled potatoes on a plate with some sauce. We were offered to take a ribeye home but since we were traveling that was not a suitable option, so they offered us free desert, which turned out to be the best part of the meal. Don't think we will go back."

"It was my one year anniversary with my girlfriend. It was our first time eating here and the service was better than anywhere we have ever been. She has an egg allergy and the waitress checked at least 10 times with the chef to make sure everything was eggless that we were ordering. The food was outstanding and for the price we were blown away. 10/10 recommend to anyone that is looking for an amazing restaurant with the most relaxing ambiance for an anniversary. It will truly be a memory my girlfriend and I remember forever."

"O.K., this review is a little late. :I My wife and I actually visited on 10/8/2021. We have visited a couple other times and love the atmosphere--and really love the town. This visit occurred after we had attended a show at The Bluebird Cafe. We ordered coffee for each--and we split the dessert. The coffee was hot, and the dessert cinnamon pastry) was excellent. Our server Doris) provided the recommendation--and great service. The music was enjoyable, as usual."

"Your staff was so excellent. We were visiting from Oregon for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. I made our reservation for 4/23/23 online by mistake so when we showed up at 7:00 pm on 3/23/23 y'all were completely booked. You were able to fit us in. Your staff made Kay Alexander's 80th birthday a success and saved me (the absent-minded Son-in-law) years of ridicule. Thank you so much, you're all the greatest."
