"I was at Texas Steakhouse Thursday evening with friends. My food was absolutely awful. The salmon was hard dry and extremely overcooked. The steak was burnt on the edges and raw on the inside. Both items appeared to have been cooked twice or sat under the heat lamp entirely too long while waiting for the other dishes. I don't want to get into my friend's food and their disappointment, but when I mentioned to one of the servers that I would like to speak to the manager we waited and waited and then finally she came back and said I'm sorry but the manager is very and cannot come. I ordered the ribeye steak medium rare to go a few days ago and it was delicious. Tonight I ordered it again to go and when I got home, I realized it was well done. It didn’t look or taste like a ribeye steak and was very tough to chew. I don’t return food so it was my loss.

Went with my husband and son this evening for dinner. Server greeted is immediately, then disappeared for 15 minutes. Finally came to take our orders. Took another 15 minutes to get 3 drinks, 2 waters and a beer. Ordered 2 burgers and a steak dinner. Took 45 minutes for the order to come to the table. 1 burger was severely overcooked almost a charcoal bricket and cold. The other burger was raw and cold. The steak was blue rare, when ordered medium, cold. There was a lot of screaming coming from the kitchen the entire time as well. Would not recommend.

"Excellent authentic Cuban food! We broke up here last month on our way to Europe. We spent the night in an area hotel, so I first saw for a good restaurant for dinner. That was perfect. It's very casual. We had both Martinis (Mine was a lemon drop) for our cocktails. DH had the Bistec Empanizado and I had the Churrasco. We both ordered the black beans and curtains. It's so delicious. I loved the Chimichurri sauce that came with my plate. With our meal bread was served directly from the oven. When looking at our bill we noticed a 15% discount. DH is a retired veteran and while he didn't have his ID card, the waitress was kind to give him another discount. Very nice! If we ever fly out of Raleigh, we'll come back."

"I've been here several times with business partners and clients and friends and family and it's always fresh and delicious and the service is always great. They have great vegan options. "We were so excited to go to St. Patrick's day. And the food was good. But we were treated so badly that I could never go in there again. I was in tears how the waitress treated us. It was busy, but she was so terrible, went in the middle when we asked for drinks, asked us 30 seconds after we set you ready to order food? She blew the silverware on the table. We were there to have a nice family dinner and it was completely ruined. I hate to evaluate a whole restaurant based on a server, but when the guy came in the dress shirt, he treated us as if we were the problem and that made it even worse. I tried a quiet demon and a smile on my FCe for our 11-year-old. We were so sad and so unpleasant. I typed all the other servers/runners who were friendly and helped us, but we were really hurt as waiters treated us. I have the greatest respect for people in the service sector, but some people are simply not cut out for this kind of work. And I fear that if they continue to serve people in this institution, we will not be the only ones to leave such a review."

"I have never been treated quite as rudely as I was the night that seven friends and I went here for dinner. We were treated as if we were second class by the server and management. We left after a drink and looking over the menu. I have eaten in some fine restaurants, many in NYC, that were finer than this one. However, they were as they say in the south ;uppity ;, myself I considered their attitude pompous and self important. You want RUDE and impolite... then by all means go here for a meal. Take your friends so that they can experience it too. It was charming to be treated as if you were sitting below the salt. Everyone should have this feeling in a place they intended to spend an evening with friends. DONT MISS IT."
