"So glad I finally got the chance to eat at The Bread Bowl! The food tasted like my grandma's, the staff were very friendly, and the place is very clean! I had chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans and the cherry cheesecake for dessert. Awesome, awesome! My son had the blackberry chicken sandwich and apple pie. It was all delicious! We'll be back, no question about it!"

This was such a great place to eat, the food is very fresh and I could tell it was made with love. Had a slice of pie and it was amazing

Sometimes in life, you find true treasures where you least expect it. The place may seem rickety from the outside, but the country fried chicken was by far the best I ever had (sorry, Mom). Generous portions, friendly service, and Mennonite cooks in a down-home Kansas atmosphere give this place a well-deserved 5 stars.
