"As our very first experience in Montana we were presently surprised by how friendly and happy all the staff were. Our waitress gave us great local beer recommendations as well as popular menu items. We started with a smoked salmon platter which was amazing and almost a full meal for us both. (We had not yet become accustomed to Montana portion sizes). My fiance had the special which was a wonderful caprese pasta with added steak which was very rich, cooked perfectly and had juicy tender steak. Steak is good quality. The Caesar salad was too heavy on the anchovy paste. Fried dishes are pretty good. All in all a good experience. Like everyone else, they seem short handed so the service suffers a little.

We had to wait 30 minutes because the restaurant didn’t have enough staff. They were only seating half the tables. Once we got seated the service was good and the food was good. I had the walleye which was a special on the menu. It was very good. I would get it again for sure. Almost went back in the same week to try it again

we've been out for two weeks and this is the best dinner, but I had the run mi rice bowl and my partner had filet mignon. perfectly prepared, service impeccable and they had a wonderful South African red. After visiting the wineries of South Africa it was a pleasant surprise to have a beautiful cape red here in montana. Thank you. the one for a pleasant meal!
