"We were very disappointed with our experience at The Keg last night. We had a reservation for 6:30 PM but did not receive our food until 8:00 PM. My husband ordered his steak medium but it came out almost rare. After sending it back, it still came out rare. My steak, which was supposed to come with oscar, was instead wrapped with speck filet mignon. There was also too much Bernaise sauce on my steak. The waiter initially insisted that it was not speck on my steak, but after showing him, he agreed that it was the wrong order. It took a while for them to realize that we had gotten the wrong order. the waiter was more interested in the party that he had in the back room and told us about the future. the food lasted very long. veggies were boiled and not edible, but steak was good.

service was great, unfortunately both meals had to send back three times, because steak is not as ordered. the two manager and server were apologetic during the meal and have composed the whole meal. sad it was our jubilee.
