"Absolutely love this restaurant! The food and beverage aspect of the restaurant undergone a complete change in the past year. It's quickly become a favorite spot of mine. The ambiance is great, the servers and staff are incredibly friendly and alwaysmake me feel at home. The menu is just the right size- not too many options but all of them sound delish. They run some funspecials as well and they usually have live music on the weekends. I love sitting by the fire with a drink in hand! With Covid,they've put up dividers in between the tables which is nice as well. Can't say enough about this place- a must try! Especiallyin the off-season when it's a bit quieter."

visited summer 2022 This is one of the nicest (and expensive) restaurant in town. The dishes were were good, but you're mostly paying for the atmosphere and location. You'll likely need a reservation during peak times, but the staff was helpful andfriendly. One thing to note is that the prices were higher than the advertised online. Expect to pay $100 per couple withdrinks. Would go again.

Dan's Paper (Feb 04, 2022) mentions some menu options for Valentine's Day. Listed is foie gras. I won't eat in (or stay in) any place that supports such animal cruelty. Foie gras is made by force-feeding birds via tubes inserted down their throats tofatten their livers to the point of disease and extreme pain . There is a reason it is banned in NYC, California, and manycountries in the world. The Restaurant at Baron's Cove should get with the times and ban this item from its menu.

"If it's February at East End of Long Island, the restaurant is not on Main Street, and you still have problems finding a parking lot, you know before you get in the door something good is going in here! And at Bell Anchor everything is food, service and ambience! Open about eight years; this is really a jewel sitting along Noyack Road with access to the bay and view. We started our enjoyable experience by ordering the Hone Port Chowder and dozens of Montauk Pearl Oysters for a dollar of any special. Your Chowder really belongs to the best I enjoyed creamy, briny, tasteful and velvety. Bacon adds a subtle smoky hint to the cream. The ro homes were juicy, fresh and served with a well prepared mignonette sauce. Our entrees included the Grilled Flat Iron Steak with sauteed spinach, fries and bearnaise butter and the fish of the day, a tile fish on a bed of Edamame, and seasonal vegetables served in a Chardonnay sauce. The meal was exceptional! Our biggest compliments to the two chefs here!!! And so we just had to try their desserts. Finally we ordered the Dreamy Brownie Sunday and Mandel Cake with Marscapone Cream. Then we drove to our car! In fact, this is a great restaurant to enjoy. Fortunately, they are open all year round and take reservations in high season. So if you have time to explore the eastern end before the commemorative day, put Bell Anchor in your GPS. Spend a wonderful day in Southampton and Sag Harbor, go around Trout Pond and cross the street to this beautiful restaurant. If you are lucky, Anne will be your server and take care of you!"
