"Our food was cold and the service was not good. Very disappointed. We have been there many times when it was great, but we let them know beforehand when we made reservations that this was our familyâs Thanksgiving meal. They werenât busy, but our server barely checked on our table. Between that and the food being cold, it wasnât worth the ticket! My husband said we wonât be back. I guess the most recent reviews on TripAdvisor speak for themselves. On a good note, the food had a great flavor to it, but it was cold so nobody could eat it. Maybe if someone had asked us how our food was then we could have told them!"

We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food was cold and the service was subpar. Despite having had good experiences in the past, this time was a letdown. We specifically mentioned when making reservations that it was our family's Thanksgiving meal, but our server barely checked on us. For the price we paid ($362), it wasn't worth it. My husband has said we won't be returning. It seems like the recent TripAdvisor reviews are accurate. On a positive note, the food had good flavor, but it was too cold to enjoy. If only someone had asked us about our meal, we could have addressed the issue.
