I enjoyed the ambiance and aesthetic of the restaurant. The staff was pleasant and the food was amazing. We didn't have one thing that we didn't enjoy. The cocktails were great as well as the dessert. I would definitely return again! Oh and our waiter Shay was top tier!

Thirteen restaurant total experience was 5 stars. My host was great, the food was good and the mood was good. But the downfall was the men outside who checked the i.d. was very rude and towards women. People just ask a question and he answers aggressively. The club seems that it is not connected to the restaurant because we had to go back in line and pay $20 just to get to the club. The bottle girls they smoked smoked empty pens while I made my drink and the drink wasn't good at all. The side car in the restaurant and the side car in the club are definitely two different side cars lol.
