"Valente’s has always been one of my family’s favorite places to eat in and dine out. We love to support small, locally owned restaurants and businesses and Valente’s was always at the top. However, recently, this has changed for the worse. The last few times we have gotten takeout from there, we’ve had negative experiences. I have worked in the food industry since I was 16 years old, so I know sometimes things can’t be helped and there are just off days. Completely understandable. If you happen to be upstate or in Albany, NY you MUST come here!We took my dad here for his Birthday dinner this past weekend because he says they have the BEST Veal Parmesan. (I personally do not eat veal but he and my brother do As he said the Veal Parm is the BEST!!!The portions are HUGE and the food is excellent. Our server Jack was very attentive. Meals come with a choice of soup or salad and they bring fresh hot bread! LUV that! Great place! They have been around for many many years so they know what they are doing! ??

Where do I start 1. Had reservations large party were given away to another large party that didn't have reservations.2.waited 1 hour to be seated . Had 1 waitress for table, drinks took forever.apps were ordered not too bad even though some people didn't receive there's till dinner. Now for the big problem keep in mind 25-27 people 2 people never received there dinners till everyone was done (what a freaken joke) The way I see it was an experience I will never forgot oh yeah $40 was taken off the check WOW could have been a yearly party but doubt that will happen
