The newly written menu of the month could not quite convince. The partly somewhat brave creations (marinated goat cheese with wild fennel, salsiccia and aubergines) were often not balanced, partly with regard to cold courses. (white peach sorbet with butter milk and rocket). The first corridors came a little short-term. The other dishes were very pleasant. The wine recommendation of the house fits well. The initially very attentive staff was later likely at the border, so that one could observe Dnge, who should not be visible to the guest in such a restaurant (on multiple sweating with the forearm).
