Although they were a lot of poor reviews from three years ago, this restaurant just opened back up in April 2023. They were able to sit my group of five on a Friday night, although it was early, without any issues. The service was fantastic. The gentleman that waited on us was very attentive. The food was perfect. And of course, because it was during Christmas market time, the decor was tastefully done. If you are nervous due to the prior reviews, I think you will be happy to know the restaurant appears to have turned themselves around.

I'm mad at myself for wasting a precious meal in Germany at this place. I was completely suckered in by the handwritten menu out front, which is usually a sign of a fantastic foodie heaven. I only came here because it was open late, and I wish I had just opted for a quick snack somewhere else instead. The food was mediocre, the service rude, and the prices high. The atmosphere was okay, but this is NOT the place you want to dine while in Munich. We were seated in the upstairs dining room at the uncomfortable wooden tables (it's the norm in Germany).
