The menu is not long which is a good sign, the dishes were fresh and deliciously cared for. These people love their job, it's obvious. By far the best restaurant in the Vaudoise Alps."
"In this very cozy restaurant they have an extensive menu. We opted for a fondu in broth. We each received about 250 grams of deliciously tender marinated beef to cook ourselves. We will definitely come here again."

"This is the best restaurant in the area. Location: amazing views of the mountains and the valley. Food: unpretentious quality generous meal. Menu changes every season. Grilled chateaubriand is first class. Appetizers are fresh and creative. Great cheese tray. All products are sourced locally and proudly! Service: friendly and attentive by the owner Victor. try the beers he is brewing in his brasserie de la mine! For the quality you get , the price is Swiss reasonable!"

"I've been coming here ever since I was little and it just keeps getting better and better. Charlie owns the place and he's very nice. The pizzas are to die for .thin yet soft, exactly like the traditional Italian pizzas. They are lso very light and left me enough room to try their desserts. They are made fresh on site in a pizza oven. They even catered for my dairy free needs and made a pizza without cheese. I would recommend their icecreams and sorbets for pudding which they are exceptionally good at (especially their fresh Valais apricot sorbet with actual real apricot chunks in it!)"
