"Took my hubby to Sunday buffet lunch here and it was delicious. They have so many options to try on their buffet. I had Dosa for the first time and I am a fan. Will definitely get that again. I wish I could tell what all that I had these are the ones I remember Tandoori chicken, Tikka masala, a paneer dish, naan, fruit salad and some kind of puff soaked in honey. I loved everything I ate. This would be a great way to try Indian food with all the different options in the buffet. I am looking forward to go back again and try more things."

"Walked in and met the nicest barista ever named Brittnay. I had told her how shortly before I came here I had dropped my favorite pair of earrings down the drained and was upset about it but loved hers !! After our amazing food came out she brought me a little box with a note and the earrings she was wearing in them !!! I absolutely enjoyed my time here and couldn’t have asked for better service! "I give him 5 and tell you why... I thought it was pretty good (that alone, a 4) stolen. I liked the interior, the small store/home atmosphere. And the ambience took me away from Norfolk and made me feel like I was in Greece, or at least closer than ever. An employee had a bunch and was in love. I had to do it up to a 5."

"My friend and I just moved to the area and looked for a nice place to go on weekends. We each have a latte (Honey cinnamon and cream brulee) and share the bagel with ox. The slats were the perfect sweet (can be hotter, but I'm sure you could ask) and the bagel and ox was tasty; I especially enjoyed the cream cheese. Not as good as a NY bagel, but a fun weekend snack. We're coming back!"

The bartender was somehow able to make us feel like we were the only people in the place despite how busy they were. He also cared to ask about food allergies and I told him I had an intolerance to nightshades. He took the time to edit one of their menus to show what I should avoid--see picture. We ended up getting the Taste of Spain board, the lumache, and the spinach and goat cheese agnolotti. The food was incredible. We also got 3 drinks: the 43 and me, the Airmail, and the DeLorean. All were phenomenal. Despite the high-ish price tag $113), we still feel like it was well worth it. I can't wait to go back!Dietary restrictions: The wait staff will edit a menu to let you know what is ok for you to eat based on your dietary restrictions. With my intolerance to nightshades, I was still left with many extremely tasty options and I walked out stuffed."

"I came here with my friends and girlfriend for pride. I was here about 6 years ago for a fetish event, wonderful staff. The food is great, but be patient! It's delicious! Food is worth the price and affordable, large portions. The openness and acceptance of all at this bar is what it highlights. Everyone here was kind to others from what I saw. "OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE at Hair in Norfolk 's downtown district, but the eatery is embracing some very undesirable new trends in hospitality... 1) They automatically add a 3.25% credit card fee to your bill. GRRR... 2) 18% gratuity is included in the bill: This would be fine if it was made clear at any point during the experience. There is no note on the table and servers do not disclose this essential detail. 3) This is a new one: I paid cash to avoid the annoying credit card fee, and my server brought back change to the nearest dollar. Except it was NOT to the nearest dollar... My total was $18.04, and I was given change equating $19, with the server not deleting the CC fee! Uh, seriously? Food was fine, service was exceptional... but the restaurant is taking advantage of assuming customers won 't look at their itemized check... As the Pet Shop Boys would say, It 's a sin. Boo!"

"what? I went to el rodeo on Va.Beach blvd and ordered lunch with a lunch margarita on the rocks. when it came, it tasted like watered calcades. I asked the young waiter if I could turn it off for a beer because I couldn't drink the margarita, he told me that they don't give back any drinks, I asked for manager and it took 10 minutes to get to the table and when I tried to explain about the drink he told me that I didn't know how it should taste. I was often in mexico and eat in various Mexican restaurants, all I asked was a bad drink to replace. I will never go back to this restaurant and will let everyone know, not to him too. that's a zero."

"This was our second visit, and it was just as wonderful as our first. The food is delicious. On our first visit, i had the steak , which was oh so good. I had the salmon on the second visit, which was very good. The homemade bread and cheese is a plus. This has become one of our favorite places to eat. Service was excellent!"

"This restaurant is the best ever. Even though it's not located in Chicago or New York, I guarantee that if it were, they would be very successful. The menu is incredibly fresh, the drink options at the new location are great, and I have no doubt that their burger is the best in the universe. I highly recommend trying it. The staff is also very accommodating and knowledgeable about veganism, so don't hesitate to ask for guidance when ordering. If you specify that you want your meal "all the way vegan," they will ensure it meets your dietary requirements. "We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast this Easter morning with our family and, as always, were very satisfied with not only the very well cooked diverse menu that you do not find easily in this area, but the staff was more than accommodating and the owner even stopped chatting twice and ensuring that we were satisfied. We were now in this restaurant countless times and still have to be dissatisfied. The food is great and the atmosphere is perfect -- we had date nights here that is easier to accommodate, but what is highlighted are the numerous family dinners that we had where our children were... good, children.and never felt well. The atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasant all around. Long story short--- this is a great restaurant in all aspects and we will definitely return, and I would and recommend it to others!"
