"This restaurant is the best ever. Even though it's not located in Chicago or New York, I guarantee that if it were, they would be very successful. The menu is incredibly fresh, the drink options at the new location are great, and I have no doubt that their burger is the best in the universe. I have tried Au Cheval in Chicago, and I still think this restaurant is better. Make sure to support them as much as you can - they may be a small market star but they have the skills of a big city restaurant."

I haven't been to the new location yet, but this is one of the coolest restaurants in Norfolk. I literally salivate for half a day after having their burger.

I wish I could eat here every night. I have never had less than an excellent meal at LeGrand and I've been going for every special occasion (birthday, promotions, etc) since I moved to Norfolk 5 years ago. I love the new location, too. The service is great and I find the new look relaxing and inviting. I'm excited to bring my kids soon to try the new kids menu.
