The Champignons extremely hot and low-taste watery. The Hollandaise is not my case, but plays its role in the traditional Fidelio. Then two soups: chicken soup (3.70 € and baked onion soup (3.70 €). My chicken soup in a considerable amount with a lot of inlay (spargel, mettballs, chicken meat, noodles was still sufficiently hot and medium in taste. So solid. The onion soup of my constant companion was served in a lid trumpet. On top much melted cheese and under it full-boiled white bread cubes. This untoasted for completely toothless. Once the hunter's carving with the special request for sauce with green pepper and pommes (12.80 € and once the woodjack steak with fried mushrooms, onions and roast potatoes (12.80 €). The fact that the sauce is napped in the kitchen of the Fidelio on the Schnitzel was known to us earlier. Many critics think this is a sin.
