Nichts desto trotz...

"Zeche: 49,50 € General: The Costa Smeralda is a traditional address in Osterholz Scharmbeck. A good critique from the restaurant tester (on RK we intended to visit the Costa Smeralda. On Sunday afternoon we watched a larger group, a family and a couple audience. We have eaten well and can recommend a visit. I see the price performance ratio at four stars, in a well-satisfied area. On the Internet: [here link] Service: At the tables you will experience an older Italian, perhaps the host. He acts letting and holding back politely. Italian flossals come unattended and authentic. A younger woman adds him in a pleasant way. Behind the counter is another young female force that sometimes serves drinks at the table. The dishes came in the order pizza rolls with herbal butter, appetizers and pizzas in a very passable sequence. Beverages are quite flotted. So a solid service without a special personal touch. I like to give a close four star rating (3,51). Beverages: A Pils 0.3 l comes to 2,50 €, the bottle of mineral water 0.75 l to 4,50 €; the simple open wines are for the quarter at 4,00 and 4,50 €. Some bottle wines. Overall, an average price level. Food: On the homepage you can see the map. The anticipated offer of antipasti, salads, soups, pasta, carne, pesce including Gambas and Calamari. On one inlay three mussel dishes (9.00 to 10.00 € and on the table grilled sprouts (14.50 € , Doradenfilets (18.00 € , Tagliatelle with mushrooms and salmon (12.50 €) and a pizza with sharp salami and sheep cheese (10.00 €). Both very acceptable. My companion then chose the mussels Diavolo (10,00 € and I chose the snails in Gorgonzolasoße (6.50 € as starters. The shells in appetizer portion size and well fleshy. Tomato sauce (usually ally well seasoned. The (light sharpness was produced by some chilischoten rings. To this end, roasted bread slices. My snails came to the table in very unambiguous gogonzola sauce in a run-up form. A generous and tastefully intense portion or preparation. A well-ground pepper mill was brought to us on request. So smooth four stars for the appetizers. Then two pizzas: the table pizza with sharp salami (10,00 € and the little Giorgio with mushrooms and ham (6,00 €). Both with a slightly beaded yeast rim, as we like it (we are not friends of the hot-thin .... The Giorgio solide and on request with garlic. My salami massed in the middle and then was sharp in concentration. To this end, some sheep cheese cubes and a loosely laid-up vegetable garden made of unavoidable raisin, which can be put aside by thanking God. So also the pizzas for pleasure. There's four stars in there, that's a good score. Ambience: In the Costa Smeralda you can experience an interior that was perhaps ten years ago and earlier en vogue: reddish tiles on the floor, walls in orange wiping technology, pictures from the take-away shop of the furnishing market, snorkely wall lights. The tables made of dark wood praiseworthy stable, but very small dimensions. The chairs made of bright wood and comfortable. The walkways in the manageable restaurant are acceptable. The toilets are modern and generous. On the left of the entrance a covered terrace, which is closed and heatable at the same time as the winter garden. She can be smoked. Overall a passable quality of stay. Cleanliness: Nothing to complain."
