"Worst experience my husband and I ever had here. His steak was supposed to be medium well but it was medium rare. Appetizers were both really salty. Just really bad. My guess is the staff went to Texas roadhouse. I had forgot they opened Changing service to 5 cause we got refund for appetizers and the server got me a strawberry lemonade to go."

"I've been complaining about the barbecue in Alabama for 17 years, BUT NOT ANYMORE! We ordered two rib plates with potato salad and baked beans. Everything was seasoned absolutely perfectly, and the ribs were easily pulled from the bones. I'm from south Louisiana and extremely critical about restaurants, so I know how good food tastes. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this barbecue joint!!!! Wow....."

"This is a fantastic stop on the way to PCB! The Cheddar Biscuits were outstanding! My husband and I enjoyed the smoked turkey sandwich, and it was delicious! The white BBQ sauce complemented it perfectly. The sides were also excellent—crowned greens, potato salad, BBQ corn, fries, and mac and cheese were all part of our group's selections. The chicken tenders were beautifully crispy and well-seasoned. Tabitha was an amazing server—friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely and the place was clean. I would definitely come back! I just wish I had gotten food pictures!"

"This was a great find during our short stay on Prattville. There were multiple good beer choices, including local choices. The Cesar salad was good but the small is pretty big so we couldn’t finish all of ours. The pizza I ordered was first rate, crispy crust. My wife had the egg plant parm, which was pretty tasty. Topping things off we had the cannoli. Made to order and WOW. The filling was perfect and the chocolate sauce chocolate chips finished off dinner nicely. Service was excellent."

"We just ate at Panera. I wanted to leave a review because a worker, Tish, was so amazing. She was cleaning, attending to costumers, and overall just positive and kind. She was the only worker upfront taking orders, cleaning and checking in on everyone in the facility. There was a bad storm and she even took me as well as other costumers to their cars with her umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet. Thank you Tish for providing amazing costumer service and being so kind!"

"My son and I came in the Spirit Night (a local fundraising event for the schools), and it was packed in the bride with children and parents there for the same reason. The serving staff made an excellent job and the food came right and without a long wait (unconditionally expected and extra long wait because it is a special night). Our server (Rileigh) was prompt, thorough, friendly and friendly. I did not have such good service in a restaurant in the city in a long time with good communication and people skills. Very satisfied with our visit! So? Try the teriyaki steak melt! It's fantastic!"

"Best restaurant experience in the USA!!! I'm here at 2:30. 30 minutes after he was already closed, but the owner was still in place. I asked if he could give me something to eat as I would come from far away, and he gave me so much amazing food to try, and then the best pecan pie ever!!! Thank you for this wonderful and affordable food. Thanks for the great chat! It was an honor! Definitely the most earned 5 stars at all!"

"I don't give many 5 Star ratings. This place is a blast from the past. The Conecuh Sausage Dip is great! All of the food was good and reasonably priced. Our server, Brittany, was busy but still managed to do a great job. The Spotify channel was perfect. I wish I lived closer. This is a smoking establishment and even though I don't smoke I absolutely appreciate the fact that these people love freedom. It was like walking into a bar restaurant with my Dad on the early 80s."

"Terrible customer service! Host had AirPods in while taking our order as well as walking around the restaurant with phone in hand! Rang me up for a Diet Coke and got a sweet tea. My daughter asked for a 12 inch sandwich and did not ring her up for it. The receipt says the hosts name was Nicole. Do better McAlister’s!"

"The guy at the hotel told us about this place; we have had their tea and lemonade, but didn?t know they had a restaurant. If you are looking for a great burger and fries, then you should probably go to Cook Out or Five Guys; both of these places are much better than Milo?s. Also, the restroom was entirely too small and half the staff was outside for a smoke break, while the other half was inside laughing loudly and cussing about something. We?ll keep buying the tea lemonade in the gallon jugs, but we won?t be going back to this restaurant."

"My wife and I went in with our two children after I heard about the place from the owners themselves on Monday. I ordered the surf and turf without the surf, and the steak was to die for, my drink was a Watermelon Lemonade and the side was mashed potatoes. Our appitizer was fried green tomatoes, they were perfect, even my eldest son who is one loved them. My wife ordered the Chicken Club Wrap on a flower tortilla with potatoe salad and said it was delicious. My son had a PB&J with Chips and Almond Milk. For Years I though Red Lobster had the best steak with their New York Strip, but Bella Vista by the Creek far outshines even Red Lobster."

As I was adding my food to The to-go she, Nikki, stood over me for the payment. I paid in cash and she kind of hovered while I handed her the money. It was very uncomfortable for Me. Don’t know if she Was working on churning tables for More tips or afraid I was going to le as be without paying. Never had that pressure to pay and leave before. Maybe prattville outbacks SOP. "The staff was amazing! We arrived at 8 a.m. and didn't know that the lobby closed at 8 and went through was open until 9. Cashier greeted us with a smile and even offered to let us dip (we didn't choose us because we are not this kind of person... we know how it is to leave the work ASAP). Our Togo order was hot, fresh (also directly when closing) and delicious!"

"Today was my 1st time at this restaurant. It was a nice establishment. Spacious and clean. Not too crowded at the time I went. I had the pulled pork sandwich and Brunswick stew and my boyfriend had the chicken leg quarter plate with mac n cheese and baked beans. The pulled pork was tender and juicy and the sauce was on the side. The sauce had a good taste and a little twang. The chicken was also juicy and well seasoned mac n cheese was really cheesy andcthe baked beans were good. We ate everything and shared a piece of strawberry cake that was delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back to try other menu items."
