"Outback Prattville is either hit or Miss. Food was great. Steak was Perfect as were the sides. The server was very efficient. I did feel she was trying to hurry me through the meal. As I was adding my food to The to-go she, Nikki, stood over me for the payment. I paid in cash and she kind of hovered while I handed her the money. It was very uncomfortable for Me. Don’t know if she Was working on churning tables for More tips or afraid I was going to le as be without paying. Never had that pressure to pay and leave before. Maybe prattville outbacks SOP. Not sure."

Great service and good food. It seems a little smaller than some outbacks and no ambiance to speak of. Our waitress was great even on a very busy night. Food was exactly as expected for the brand. I had no issues and found it a perfectly fine place to grab a steak.
