"Best restaurant experience in the USA!!! I'm here at 2:30. 30 minutes after he was already closed, but the owner was still in place. I asked if he could give me something to eat as I would come from far away, and he gave me so much amazing food to try, and then the best pecan pie ever!!! The rubber bear is fabulous, there are so many great ways to get in. No bad choice. The staff is so friendly, the owner is very personal. It's local. One has to stop.

Food and people. My family is not familiar with Cajun Cook 'n so did not know what to expect. The person who served the food took the time to explain the options and then offered samples to try for us. The portions were enough to fill me and we even took some to go. While we ate, Uncle Mick came by to check everyone and meet the girls. Like many of our friends, we will make this place our food rotation.
