"We thought for Date Night and WOW we loved every minute of our experience here. Not only the food is crazy delicious, hot and fresh, but the owners and the staff are incredibly wonderful and friendly. I was so excited to see tteok bokki on the menu! And if you go with Bibimbap, Dolsot is definitely the way to go... my mouth is just water, thinking about the nozzle and the pop of this crispy rice. That we're here was just incredible. We are happy to try some fusion dishes in the future. This place can be busy (and they should have their food is so good!!! , so if you want to dive, just call ahead to give them a head up. "Amazing discovery. That's the best Mexican food we found in the Dallas area, and that's something we've been living here for over thirty years. People are so nice and the creative offers of Frankie are amazing. I love her mole sauce on everything and my wife loves her Brisket Tacos so much that she can order nothing else (although she tries my entrees and thinks they are excellent. Your happy hour drinks are also quite awesome. This is our new, popular place to eat. Do not worry about the crowd if you find one; waiting will be worth the effort. Enjoy!"

"When my family and I lived near the Mesquite area, we used to frequent the Burger Island quite often. But since moving out here we haven’t been in a long time. Well my family and I decided to visit today. I had a strong craving for my Burger Island favorite, the Hawaiian Burger. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the very friendly and accommodating owners. I was waiting on my wife and kids to arrive and he was very nice telling me take a look at the menu while I wait. I was glad to see my favorite burger on the menu, so naturally I ordered it. When it came to the table it wasn’t the same as I remembered. So the taste wasn’t the same. It wasn’t bad, it was just different. The first being ringed pineapple instead of flattop grilled pineapple niblets. Like I said it was t bad, just different. Would definitely love to come back. Would I eat the Hawaiian again? Probably not. But they had so many wonderful choices, I’m sure there is something else I can add to my list of favorites. I recommend you stopping by checking them out."

"The shaved ice cream is great (thin watermelon strawberry cheesecake), but the service is why I love this place! Rachel, Sarah, Laryan Zack, we're all super helpful, friendly and nice. "We have eaten here several times and never had problems with our order until I had time to read the reviews, wait for 15 minutes for our order. Until tonight, I couldn't refer to all these missing orders. You screwed one of our seasonings on our phone order. Not too much, I'm just gonna eat about every taste. This incompetence can turn away from others. I noticed that the workers in the back do not use gloves to prepare food. It seems that this should be demanded by the health inspector. The service was fair. The lady at the counter was not rude, but also not excessively friendly. The food was warm when we got it home. Friends are really good. Veggies were crisp. Overall, this place has been consistently good, so I am sure that we again, at some point, mostly because Sachse does not offer many possibilities."

"I tried the Community BBBQ for the first time on Thursday. Norman delivered an excellent service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions. I told him I never ordered potato salad in a restaurant because it never compares with that of my husband. That was a challenge. He took a sample to get our feedback. It was really good. We enjoyed our food, atmosphere and service as well as patriotic signs on the wall. Well done! This is our new place for BBQ."

"UPDATE I usually order from this place via DoorDash but today i decided to dine-in. BIG MISTAKE. The restaurant is so incredibly dirty on the inside im shocked that the food even taste good. The floors look like theyve never been swept. I willprobably 2nd guess ordering from here now. I hate that because i really did love their Thai Seafood Soup. This is my go tolunch place! "Our family went there on Saturday 11/11/2023 at noon time. The experience was bad . We felt alienated. The sever acted as if she didn't wanted to explain the menu items to my family. If you order a item. And don't like it. She told us we still have to pay even if we don't eat it. Well I did get upset. She messed my husband's order up. I ask her to call the police because I was about to. Then she decides to take to of the entrees off our bill. We are in the United States Of America. Since when do we pay for food that is not exceptable. Ask your customers what can you do to make it better for their experience. Note: Don't order any food on the menu unless you are prepared to pay for it. Regardless of how it turns out. We will never go to this place again. Hurry and buy and get out. This is how we felt while we where at this establishment. We had a bad experience. We paid over $100.00 and was treated like we didn't belong. We were Parking: Okay"

"Ok so In Texas, we 've been over Covid for a while now so seeing that excuse pop up on this review is absurd. I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and have never had such a bad experience. Flat out rude and I get that they are short staffed and have probably shut down the ice cream machine 10 minutes before they close but there is a way to apologize and verbalize in a polite manner that information, rather than apathetically implying tough luck. I 'm now at whataburger having to wait in their long line because the staff decided to close one of their MAJOR money makers and feel their time and getting off earlier is more important than the company making money... I asked them if corporate would be ok with the way they handled the situation and she asked me if I would like the number for them! So I called her bluff and said yes, go ahead and give it to me then she changed her tone and asked what I wanted as if she wasn 't paying attention in the first place. The sheer audacity and apathy is why I won 't ever go back to this location. If you aren 't going to do your job to the fullest and properly, then why are you even employed there? Hands down a reflection of management and how they run their store."
