"Our family went there on Saturday 11/11/2023 at noon time. The experience was bad . We felt alienated. The sever acted as if she didn't wanted to explain the menu items to my family. If you order a item. And don't like it. She told us we still have to pay even if we don't eat it. Well I did get upset. She messed my husband's order up. I ask her to call the police because I was about to. Then she decides to take to of the entrees off our bill. We are in the United States Of America. Since when do we pay for food that is not exceptable. Ask your customers what can you do to make it better for their experience. IMITATION CRAB in Their AHÍ TUNA TOWER. REALLY? The tower didn’t have spicy tuna. It had some gooey light pink junk with roe sprinkled on top We should’ve left at that point. My husband insisted on staying. I ordered the red snapper look like a sad piece of tilapia. To the owner, : Disgusting , why would you make any sushi chef use that product ? Aren’t you embarrassed? "When they first open, place was great! Food, service, everything was too-notch. We had given the benefit of the doubt after 3 times service and food had plummeted in quality. The final straw was waiting 20 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. We walked out and won't be back."

"We had the lunch special at 3:00. I had the salmon salad and as you can see the portion was huge. It was absolutely amazing. The chips are always fresh, I like that they are thin and perfect for the salsa and black beans. You could make a meal out of that, you won't be disappointed. The nachos seemed small but also a perfect portion, not too much and we had room to enjoyed and split a tres leches cake. We left not feeling stuffed just happy. Shout out to our waiter Clay, he was there to fill up the water and bring us chips and salsa without ever having to ask or look for him. I will go back for the salad, so many choices but that salad is my favorite"
