I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and have never had such a bad experience. Flat out rude and I get that they are short staffed and have probably shut down the ice cream machine 10 minutes before they close but there is a way to apologize and verbalize in a polite manner that information, rather than apathetically implying tough luck. Horrible service! Did an order ahead and still had to wait over 20 minutes for 3 drinks and snacks. Then drinks taste horrible. Will be calling corporate. Just go down the road further.
