"I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. My wife and I sat at the bar to order dinner, and we were shocked to see a cook walking from the kitchen to the bar area with a pot of sauce, stirring it as he walked. He then tasted it and put the spoon back into the pot. I immediately asked to speak with the manager, and while I was relaying what I had seen, he did the same thing again in front of me and the manager. As a fellow owner in the food industry, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would recommend going to this restaurant at your own risk."

my first time here and my vegan friend was happy about the choices. after sharing an appetizer of crispy spruten, he enjoyed the chilled yellow beet salad and the lenses “meat balls”. I had a wonderful spade, radishes and arbor salad. we also had exceptional cocktails. I highly recommend it.

Our experience at this restaurant was superb. We hosted a bachelorette dinner on a calm Tuesday evening and were thrilled to have been given a private room. This gave us the opportunity to have a great time, play our games, and savor each other's company in privacy. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were divine. "I will not waste another dollar at this establishment. The food is beyond bland. Plus, some of staff needs to be coached on customer service, especially if you’re looking for a tip. I ordered my food ahead of time through Uber Eats just be told by some lazy staff member calling names and handing out coffee and food that I need to get in line and talk to the cashier about my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I already ordered. Luckily I have my own commercial-grade espresso machine at home so I don’t need to waste my money and time here again. However, it was a little convenient to use this place as a back up when I run out of whole milk or beans. Not anymore though. I’ll roll over to Harris Teether to grab milk and source my coffee beans elsewhere."

"The beef is crispy and delicious, and the chicken dishes with cashews and vegetables are also tasty. The atmosphere is lively on a Friday night, albeit a bit loud and chaotic. However, I love it because it attracts a diverse crowd of all ages. Overall, it's a great place to have fun."

"Ordered a carryout Vegetarian dish Pad Thai which was quite average and had few pieces of tofu, vegetables. You can definitely get a much better Pad Thai for far less price from average Thai place. Their green curry was well worth for the taste. I will stick to other thai restaurants in the area where ambience and food is at much different level."

"This was my first time trying this restaurant. I decided to get takeout and ordered veggie spring rolls, pad thai, and orange chicken. The food was fresh, delicious, and arrived hot and earlier than expected. The prices are a bit high, but I will definitely be returning."

"I'm not one to write reviews so this is huge. What began as a horrible experience ended up being one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. My family and I love Marco's, ordering from them has become a tradition! To our disappointment, when we placed an order last week it arrived and looked terrible. Too many toppings, crust was different than we ordered and the pizza looked a mess. With 3 hungry kids I was imaginably, upset. My frustration had the best of me when I called to tell the store they butchered my order so I felt bad for the person who would end up taking my call. It ended up being the store owner and she was just as sweet as a peach. She was honest, empathetic and went out of her way to make the pizza herself and deliver it personally! She also refunded me for my order so we ended up with 2 free pizza's that night. It was the end of the night, I'm sure she was exhausted and made it a point to go above and beyond and go the extra mile to deliver great customer service. If you are a pizza lover who is big on customer service, I highly recommend Marco's in Ashburn!"
