Best authentic german food in Munster, we had a wonderful lady that served and attended to us that was totally giving grandma vibes . She gave us menus in english and was kind enough to explain everything we didn't understand. Took a while to get our order in but, the food followed promptly (its a great place so it gets busy) Over all a wonderful old school, delicious home cooked German culinary experience. Highly recommend it. Skol!

This is a landmark restaurant in Muenster. Very traditional German food with Munster specialties. Food portion is huge so look around other tables before you order. Most dishes are meat-focused but they have good (and huge salad as well. I tried Salmon with pasta (substituted with veggies and it was tasty. I happened to be here twice and at second time, I had salad (around 7 Euro that should have been my main as it was a mountain of lettuce, blue cheese, apple slices and walnuts and halibut that also came with a bowl (again looking like a small mountain of salad.
