"You've lost a loyal customer tonight. I try not to eat fast food often but when my bf and I do, we would go to this BK for consistently good burgers. The quality and service have gradually gone down hill but I thought I'd give you another try. I ordered thru postmates to have your food delivered to my work and I am seriously disappointed! I ordered a double quarter pounder king with no mustard or onions as a meal and added a soft serve. I didn't get the soft serve because your machine was supposedly down, I could deal with that but... I didn't get the burger I ordered either. I recieved a room temperature monstrosity containing 8 thin patties, 5 slices of cheese with mustard and onions! May...

Bad management. The employees abandoned the lobby (6-7 waiting customers) and focused on a never ending drivethru. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby before leaving. No one was attentive at all.

Wow I went thru drive thru today,holy moly I waited 10 minutes before I got to the speaker toOrder, cashier asked me to hang on I understandThat things can happen,can someone please tellMe why the drive thru person was cleaning up some soda,instead of waiting on people in the drive thru? When I get my order no soda .when I get a French out of the bag as I headed out of drive the were cold like they pulled them out of the trash.ive never had such bad service from them as I did today.

I didn't give one star because the service was very fast. I got cold fries and cold nuggets at the drive-thru, parked and went inside to let them know and was given replacement fries but no nuggets and then they got mad at me for not taking the old food with me too lol. The woman in the drive-thru was pleasant enough, and the lady who was helping me get the replacement food wasn't that bad, but the beast standing at the register was giving me a pretty conspicuous go to hell look the whole time and then when I didn't take the old food with me she tried to make a scene but I just left.

"Absolutely charming restaurant that feels like someone's Nana opened it up, very homey and it smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. Sweet server who knew the names of the Lil old dudes who make this a second home. Amazing breaded pork schnitzel with onion cream gravy, perfect warm German potato salad, and a cucumber salad so good I wanted to spoon up the leftover dressing. The pork was tender and juicy, with a perfect crisp coating. I ate the entire plate and am looking forward to my next visit while I'm in town."

"I have been going here for 4 years now...the quality and freshness of the meals has deteriorated. The chef actually became obnoxious and told me to shut up and eat my food when I asked him a question about Japanese. I spend about $150.00 every time we eat there. Evidently our business is not needed or desired. The owner is very nice, but when the help is horrible, the ambience and setting diminishes. I have dined all over the world at Sushi restaurants, and this place was ok for a small town, but I can drive to Tucson or Phoenix for 4 star Sushi restaurants for the same money and have less dumbassery from the chef or inadequate waitresses. Customer service needs some work, food freshness needs some work, and respect for customers needs some work."

"Best tacos in town hands down. My honey likes the burritos even better which is great. I do appreciate their quick service and overall vibe of the place. It was different before covid with samples. But then again everythings changed with Covid. This place is solid"

"Man I can not begin to explain my frustration with the management on site. I called to bring to their attention that in the food I had ordered had a live cockroach in the sandwich box. We had gone through the drive trough to order. I gave my kids there food and they started eating but when I opened mine I saw a cockroach moving around in the container. When I got home I called to tell them that there was a bug in my food and the manager all he did was tell me that I was lying it was not possible and proceeded to hang up. I was frustrated but with all my might tried to be calm till I was laughed at. I called a second time trying to reason and see what steps we could take to rectify this but still was told I was lying and they have the cleanest facility it undergoes rigorous weekly inspections from eco lab. he Would not even consider that in the realm of possibility that a bug could get in to their food. I don't trust myself to go back to the store with the sandwich since he has no intention of hearing me out so I have pictures of it to share with the internet instead. I gave him the option to talk this one out with me but he choose not to. If he was decent I would have drove my self back to present the sandwich and little critter to him, but after his rude backlash I would end up causing a scene witch is not needed. I wish you could give 0 stars he needs to find another line of work that doesn't involve him dealing with customers."
