A friend went here last Tuesday and ordered veggie fried rice with no broccoli and no mushrooms. She got a plate full of rice and onions. When she asked where were the other veggies, the lady told her that is veggie fried rice. Turns out their veggie fried rice only consist of broccoli and mushrooms...WHUT THA? I just visted this restaurant, and guess what......the chef went to the restroom with his left hand gloves on. upon returning, he washed his hand with the said gloves on. He proceeded to put a new gloves on the other hand without changing the other one he went to the restroom with and started to cook my food. When i enquired about him changing the gloves, both him and his wife insulted me. I would never buy food there again. Unsanitary practice he displayed.

They used to be really good with customer service but nowadays they’re rude and won’t answer sometimes. So I’d have to physically go there to place an order and wait a hella long time for the food to cook. I even said something about it and they did not acknowledge my complaint so this will be my last visit personally. It sucks because the food is good most of the time but customer service is KEY they lack it at times. I don’t like inconsistency. This is the second time recently they did this.
