"Called in a take-out order. I was visiting my family. They recommended this place and I trusted their judgments on other spots. Hadn’t been in a bit, but said it was solid. Food was hot ready when I arrived at quoted time. Got back to my sister’s and opened it all up. Didn’t smell or look very fresh. Also, she commented on the quality A LOT. “Oh, that is different than usual. The dumplings aren’t the same.” The Rangoon’s were all cream cheese and smelled off like gross fryer oil . I emailed and asked for a refund. They have yet to respond. I/We won’t be ordering anytime soon."

Catskill has at least 4 Chinese restaurants. All have decent takeout. BUT this place has both THAI and SUSHI. People seem to do more takeout than eat in, but we did and enjoyed our Thai dishes. The food is fresh and delicious. There is a sushi chef there at all times. They are small but usually enough tables to meet the needs. The waiter Ryan speaks English fluently and is always efficient and kind. Just so nice to have a nice Chinese restaurant you can sit down and be waited on verses only take out.

Some of the absolute best Chinese food I've ever had! Only thing I would have changed was the egg scrambled into the fried rice. I've never had fried rice with an egg scrambled in and wish I had known ahead of time (didn't state this on the menu. Other than that, I would have given them 5 stars!! "Could not make same-day reservations but was told that the wait would not be an issue. Unfortunately we did wait around 20 minutes. They were very understaffed for the amount of guests. We went on a weekday for lunch. Meals were good. Son had glazed doughnut hamburger while the rest of us ordered pulled pork sandwiches. Kids each had a milkshake husband and I had a coffee and tea respectively. Of course we ordered three of their delicious doughnuts! For the four of us we did end up spending $115 for lunch. I recommend for lunch but just be prepared to spend and potentially wait."

"Service, ambience and atmosphere is everything here. It's definitely one of the top 3 spots in the village for a date night. I am not a big lover of Polish cuisine and if you aren't as well then this place won't change your mind either on the style. However if you are craving this style of food not many places around that are comparable. They do have traditional American dishes on the menu that are good. Cocktails are a highlight and a nice selection of local beers on tap but as far as the food nothing stands out. Nothing bad just nothing great. True personal rating would be 3.9 but rounded it all the way up to 5 stars because they aren't doing anything wrong it's just not my favorite style of food and that's not the fault of the establishment or chef."

"Attended this location for a night out and overall the food and service were good. Upon entering we were greeted right away and seated. There was a brief wait to be waited on, but our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered a popcorn chicken as an appetizer which was spot on. For entrees we each ordered a burger. Both were cooked well, however the bun on one was cold and the other was possibly a bit stale. It would also be nice to see substitution options available for a slight up-charge. For instance the burger comes with fries, but if you wanted onion rings you can only get them as an appetizer. Sort of defeats the meal to have onion rings and fries. It would also be nice to see the sides listed somewhere, as we were only able to find those out when ordering and not while reviewing the menu. If they were listed, they were hard to find. Overall a good place to enjoy a night out and prices for everything seemed reasonable."

"I wanted to order eggs, but I couldn’t get them on a bagel because their cooler was broken, and they wouldn’t have any food available until the next day. They really should put a sign on the door to inform customers instead of waiting until after taking orders. So, I ended up ordering a plain bagel with cream cheese, but what I got was just a basic bagel with messy cream cheese."
