"I was there recently as part of an apple picking orchard visit with kids and grand kid, and we waited about an hour to get in for lunch. They don't have a lot of vegan stuff, but what they do have is EXCELLENT. I had to wrangle with the idea of their own homemade garden burger or what I ended up having, which was a kick ass vegan wrap. I didn't need to make any substitutions with this the burger you'll need to leave the toppings off for the most part. But holy cow was that wrap good. And believe it or not, most of their pies are safe for vegans they only use margarine for the crust. I had a slice of rhubarb raspberry, and it was fantastic. wing on a rainy day, so that wait was not as brutal as what I read from others crippled. thanks to the recommendations I read, I ordered the veggieburger as a wrap. very delicious. they were from the gluten-free vegan friendly crabs for dessert so a little damped, but overall a cute stop on our way to holland.

Didn't have honey crisp apples yet, but had other choices. They didn't seem to have dining room open. They had outdoor picnic tables. The food was more sandwich or dessert. You could buy pie and food to bake at home like pot pie, etc. They have a for sale sign out. It's a large orchard, so I hope someone grabs it up. "My family had such a great experience at Salt of the Earth! The whole family enjoyed the bread board to start. We got a side of brussels sprouts to have as an appetizer as well. I was worried I wouldn't like the maple balsamic combo but it was perfectly balanced. The kids mac and cheese was unbelievable. My daughter has eaten many restaurant mac and cheese dishes and declared it the best ever! I also had pasta, a chicken and vegetable dish, and it was fresh and light. My husband had the hanger steak, it was tender and the chimichurri was bright and complimented it well. Lastly, my son got the salmon which they were happy to customize for him (switching out the sides for fries) and he was super happy with it. We got the s'mores for dessert and it was huge and over the top but definitely a must try at least once! I almost forgot, we got a couple of their specialty cocktails and they were unique and delicious. Five stars, can't wait until we are back in Fennville so we can visit again! We got lucky and were able to be squeezed in when we visited but next time we will be sure to make reservations in advance. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu with delicious options, and they were able to adjust an adult meal a little so it would appeal to a 12 year old."

"It was amazing! My fiancée and I started off with an espresso, and he ordered the handmade sausage sandwich while I opted for a breakfast sandwich on one of their homemade croissants. The standout of our sandwiches was definitely the homemade sausage, which we both couldn't get enough of. Even though we were already full, we couldn't resist trying the lemon-blueberry scones that were a hit this morning, and we wished we could have more. The prices were very reasonable, and the portions were generous. The café is connected to a collaborative artist shop with a variety of unique items. We purchased two mugs from the café owner (who also makes the sausages, croissants, and more) as well as some jam. We're looking forward to returning to sample more items from the menu (I've heard their frittatas are delicious)!"

"Best dinner hands down that we have enjoyed while visiting this area! We had a group of 8, so made reservations well ahead of time. Addie was our server and did a great job with a warm and welcoming style. Made sure everything was well taken care of. Scallops, homemade House Pasta and Salmon entrees were mouth watering! Great specialty cocktail list…try the “Honey Don’t, ” yummy! We will be returning for sure!!"
